Sharon at the Gammill

Sharon at the Gammill

Thanks for stopping in to browse my website. When I first started looking at the art of finishing quilts for customers, I realized that there were two forms of stitching:  Hand guided or free motion, and Computer aided stitching.

My first attempt at free motion quilting was on my domestic Brother sewing machine.  I wanted to have a nice leaf design on a table runner that I had made for our daughter. Well, it took awhile, and didn’t work as easy as in the video I had watched. Next was a quilt for our granddaughter, and I soon realized that it would take me a long time to master free motion quilting on a small machine.  Have you been there?

So I felt that I wanted to offer my customers a service of longarm quilting that gave them a fabulous finished quilt that they loved, and most importantly, could afford to have done.

And the answer was a Gammill Statler Stitcher. It allows me to offer you unlimited pattern choices from modern to traditional to overall fun designs for children’s and men’s quilts.
